Our Establishment

Year 2021

Formed in Europe in late 2021 by a group of workwear enthusiasts who have been in the workwear business themselves for many and hailing from Germany, UK and Spain. At the high of COVID19 these men envisaged a new brand that would challenge the status quo that the current larger brands uphold. Not by changing the architecture of the market, but of changing the architecture and costs of the products offered. However at this point the idea of a new brand was only a pipe dream for these men.

Our Development

Early 2022

In 2022 came the chance to bring the topic of a new brand back to the drawing board and these men met again to discuss the possibility of a new brand first named Protectis, the idea of this brand was to bring better affordable workwear to the market that them and the people they worked with could afford. Workwear, especially HIVIS can be a costly endevour, especially for their partners who were working in dirtier surrondings.

Our plan

Winter 2023

In 2023 the team of fledgling business owners changed their brand name to the current WERKVIS, which encapsulates both the ability to provide high quality Hi-visibility and also top quality workwear. The decision was then taken to place their business at the heart of the workwear industry in Germany, where both the office and warehouse are still located today.
